For our client, working in the wind industry, we are looking for a HSE Team Lead in Aarhus:
Job Title: Team Lead HSE Professionals
Location: Aarhus
Duration: Temporary hiring until the end of 2023 with potential for extension.
Hours per week: 37 (full time)
Travel Activity to be expected: 80 days per year

Responsibilities: As the Team Lead HSE Professionals, your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing and developing a team of External HSE Professionals, ensuring they align with our clients culture, values, and strategies.
• Collaborating with sub-suppliers to improve the safety culture and provide the necessary training for HSE professionals.
• Collecting lessons learned from other sites and implementing them in the sites under your responsibility.
• Providing HSE resources for designated projects and sharing best practices with sub-suppliers.
• Maintaining contact with sub-suppliers to strengthen partnerships and enhance safety initiatives.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you could possess the following qualifications:
• Experience working in an international corporation.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, preferably in Wind operations or a similar field.
• GWO Course needed
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proficiency in IT skills, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Driver's license.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): The main KPIs for this position include:
• Managing and developing the team and individuals, aligning with our clients’ culture, values, and strategies, including external contractors.
• Motivating the team and ensuring work-life balance.
• Hiring, onboarding, and training new employees (internal and external).
• Developing the competence and skills of HSE Professionals in line with departmental growth and project requirements.
• Allocating qualified, engaged, and motivated HSE Professionals to projects.
• Driving the overall direction and HSE agenda, translating management directives into actionable plans.
• Forecasting short, medium, and long-term needs for HSE Professionals based on project pipeline and business strategy.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Proactively identifying, supporting, and facilitating improvement projects.
